Silence reigns in the empty corridors. The neon lights flicker. The air is heavy, saturated with fear and disinfection. You enter Quarantine Zero, an abandoned refuge, now a nest of terror. This place is nothing but an echo of what it once was: quarantine, condemnation, isolation… and contagion. The doors close behind you. The silent alarms, muffled whispers, and the metallic taste of fear are your only companions. Each step echoes on the cold tiles, each breath heightens the tension. You are no longer looking for an exit: you are looking for survival.

Here, shadows move when you blink. The corridors twist, the corridors repeat, the exits elude you. It is said that the walls hold screams—screams that no one will ever hear. Indistinct silhouettes lurk in the shadows, leaving behind dirty traces, whispers. You feel their presence. You feel they are watching you. But one thing matters now: to hold on, to move forward, to try to stay alive. Because in Quarantine Zero, time flows… and contamination lurks. Will you dare to face the fear?
